Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment, to avoid a fee of $20 at your next massage. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
 
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can complete any necessary paperwork and receive your full session. Besides, you’ll want to arrive relaxed and perhaps take advantage of a spa bed pretreatment.
 
Timing
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late end at the appointed time and are full price.

Payment Methods
Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. We only accept cash and checks at this time. We will soon incorporate the credit card payment method for your convenience.
 
Gratuities
A 15 to 20% gratuity is customary, at your discretion, and greatly appreciated. Package and gift certificate prices do not include gratuity.
 
Pre-Session Suggestions
Be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment. Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the treatment. Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs)
